Complain Latter (conclusion)

I am sure you will agree that the standard of service I described was dreadful. To be fair, the food was good, but no matter how good the food tastes, customers are unlikely to return if the service is bad. You should use table clothes for the tables and change them every time the customers leave. This will solve the problem of left over food on the table. Do train your staffs to prioritise what is more important and remind them to take orders. You should also train your waitress/waiter to be mindful of their attitude. I hope that next time I visit your restaurant, I will not be disappointed.
